1. Consultancy CDM’s Consultancy Offering utilises industry best practise Cabling Works standards to enable an assessment of an organisation’s current Cabling Infrastructure System and processes, identifying Cabling Works risks and vulnerabilities. CDM consultants work with our clients to understand business objectives, define business requirements and develop the business rules and process improvements around Cabling Works.
2. Design In conjunction with CDM’s consultancy services, CDM also provides a Design Offering where a Cabling Works Solution is tailored specifically for our clients who are wanting to operate and manage their own Cabling Works capabilities. The design incorporates industry codes and standards requirements to ensure Cabling Infrastructure integrity and efficiency.
3. Design/Build & Operate Expanding on CDM’s Design Services, the Design/Build & Operate Services provide a Managed Service offering with implementation of the CDM Service Desk to give clients a single point of contact for managing all Cabling Works and a single integrated system for client requests, job tracking, SLA management and workforce management. In addition, monthly reports and web/remote access are available.
